The LAGS
As well as their regular meet, the Lags play a series of Home & Away matches against other local clubs.
The Motto “Dum Vivimus Vivamus” is roughly translated as “While you live, live well”

AGM
This was held on Monday 30th October. A link to the minutes can be found below.
It was preceded by the annual Warden versus Vice Warden match (a resounding victory for the Vice Warden) and the now traditional Bangers and Mash lunch enjoyed by 42 LAGS.
Vice Warden
The new Vice Warden for 2024 is Alun Davies.
50th Anniversary Cup
To commemorate the LAGS 50th Anniversary, a new competition will be introduced in 2024. The Anniversary Cup will be a Stableford held on Monday 15th April
LAGS Eclectic
Cards for 2024 are available from Paul Lord.
It was agreed at the AGM, by a significant majority, that scores achieved on temporary greens cannot be included on the eclectic card.
